- Previous experience as a Behavior Specialist in a school environment

- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with children who have diverse needs
- Relevant certification or licensure in behavior analysis, special education, school psychology, or a related field
What youll do:
- Conduct assessments and design individualized behavior support plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement interventions
- Provide direct support to students exhibiting behavioral challenges
- Lead professional development and training sessions for staff
