Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, where youll make a meaningful impact in a school-based environment guiding students ages K-22. This full-time position (up to 37.5 hours per week) is based near Zimmerman, MN, and runs from September 1, 2026, through May 28, 2027. The role offers the chance to focus on setting IV programs while collaborating closely with multiple districts, including Braham and Ogilvie. You'll work alongside dedicated case managers who will consult with you regarding behavioral strategies and programmingwithout the need for RBT supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted BCBA or LBA license
  • Experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement setting IV behavioral programs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexible and responsive to diverse student needs (K-22)
  • Comfortable working in-personno remote work available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral consultation and support for a diverse caseload based on district needs
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate with case managers, staff, and neighboring districts to deliver comprehensive behavioral services
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data, adjusting programs as necessary
  • Participate in team meetings and provide training or guidance as needed
