A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available within a K-12 school setting in Baton Rouge, LA. This contract role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek across five days, providing an opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to support students' educational and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses to identify appropriate strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
