Desired Qualifications:
- Active WA BCBA license or willingness to obtain
- Fingerprinting through OSPI or willingness to complete process
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Leadership and supervisory experience a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality behavioral analysis services district-wide
- Supervise and mentor BSA staff
- Craft and implement individualized intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
