Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within schools

- Ability to assess, develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform behavioral interventions
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs
- Work with educational teams to implement, monitor, and adjust behavioral supports
- Train and coach school personnel on strategies and interventions
- Collect and review data to assess student progress and guide program adjustments
