A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Worcester, MA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral assessment and intervention services to students, supporting their individualized educational goals and fostering positive behavioral development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on ABA techniques and behavior management approaches.
