Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged children is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans in consultation with educational teams
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Train school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
• Collect and interpret data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Attend team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
• Promote positive behavior supports throughout the school community
