Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA License required
- Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with secondary-aged students
- Strong knowledge of behavior assessment, functional analysis, and data-driven program development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills and adaptability to work across multiple sites if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Support school staff with training and guidance on behavior strategies and data collection
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions to optimize student outcomes
