Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting PreK-8th grade students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working onsite at multiple school locations. This full-time, contract position is available for the 20262027 school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact at two to three school sites near Winton, CA. Collaborate with educators, students, and families to design effective behavioral interventions and support student success throughout a diverse learning community.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
- National Certification required
- Experience working with school-age children, ideally in PreK8th grade settings
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work across two to three school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses for students across caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school teams
- Deliver training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents
- Collect, interpret, and report on behavioral data to guide interventions and measure success
- Attend team meetings and provide expertise to support positive educational outcomes
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation as required by school and regulatory standards
