Job Description

This onsite role offers the chance to make a difference across multiple school locations, supporting staff and programs district-wide. As a board-certified behavior analyst, you will lend your skills to initiatives that promote positive student outcomes, especially within behavior and autism support frameworks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, with active Colorado BCBA license
  • Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Comfortable overseeing initiatives for diverse grade levels (K-12)
  • Strong background in functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Proven ability to train, guide, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to be onsite daily for in-person support

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide expertise to multiple school sites, advancing effective behavioral support initiatives for students and teachers
  • Support and develop building staff, particularly within behavior and autism programs
  • Conduct and assist with FBAs and design comprehensive BIPs for students in need
  • Supervise and mentor a team of two RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral practices
  • Deliver ongoing coaching and consultation to school teams, adjusting supports as needed for student success
  • Remain updated on best practices and compliance related to behavioral intervention in educational settings
