In this role, youll work onsite with the Early Years Program, serving children with moderate to severe cognitive needs. Start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the 20252026 school year, with an immediate opening for a dedicated professional eager to contribute during both the regular year and specialized summer programming.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Delaware BCBA certification
- Experience working in schools (preferred)
- Skilled in early childhood or intensive needs populations
- Onsite, full-time availability required
- Current with fingerprinting/background requirements
- Reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive behavioral support to young learners
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Participate in professional development days and summer programming
- Engage families and school personnel to ensure student success
