Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Delaware BCBA certification
  • Experience working in schools (preferred)
  • Skilled in early childhood or intensive needs populations
  • Onsite, full-time availability required
  • Current with fingerprinting/background requirements
  • Reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavioral support to young learners
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in professional development days and summer programming
  • Engage families and school personnel to ensure student success
