Requirements

  • Active Delaware BCBA licensure
  • Experience in school settings or with students K8 strongly preferred
  • Available for full-time, on-site work (37.5 hours per week) through June 12, 2026
  • Passion for supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee behavioral programming for K8 students in the Meadowood Program
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
  • Provide direct support, training, and guidance to teams
