Requirements
- Active Delaware BCBA licensure
- Experience in school settings or with students K8 strongly preferred
- Available for full-time, on-site work (37.5 hours per week) through June 12, 2026
- Passion for supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee behavioral programming for K8 students in the Meadowood Program
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
- Provide direct support, training, and guidance to teams
