Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with PreK-8th grade student populations is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral assessment and consultation services for students in collaboration with educators and support staff
  • Create, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Support school staff in the implementation of positive behavior strategies and interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions
  • Act as a resource for families and staff, offering expertise in behavior analysis
