Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with PreK-8th grade student populations is highly desirable
- Strong collaborative mindset and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Comfortable working onsite in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral assessment and consultation services for students in collaboration with educators and support staff
- Create, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Support school staff in the implementation of positive behavior strategies and interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing interventions
- Act as a resource for families and staff, offering expertise in behavior analysis
