Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience providing behavioral services in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with staff, families, and students
• Collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a school team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze findings to identify student needs
• Create and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Offer training and ongoing support to teachers and support staff on applied behavioral strategies
• Monitor and adjust interventions, using data to measure and report student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on behavioral goals and supports
• Collaborate with school administrators and fellow clinicians to promote positive school climates
