Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Prior experience providing behavioral support in educational settings, preferably within K-12 schools
  • Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), data collection, and individualized treatment planning
  • Strong communication, consultation, and training skills for working with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and travel between campuses as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and other specialists to implement and monitor intervention strategies
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff regarding best practices in behavior management
  • Track student outcomes, maintain accurate records, and adjust plans based on data-driven assessments
  • Participate in team meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, and multidisciplinary activities to support student success
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant local, state, and federal guidelines
