This contract role calls for a data-driven professional to work directly with students and educators across three school sites. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in educational environmentsserving both general education and special education populations
• Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing actionable behavior intervention plans
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with psychologists, teachers, and classroom staff
• Must be adept at providing direct services to students and leading classroom observations, including in emotional support settings
• Ability to present a redacted FBA sample and provide professional references

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site services (3740 hours/week) across all three district schools
• Conduct systematic observations, contribute to FBAs, and create individualized behavior plans
• Collaborate in IEP meetings and closely consult with both teaching staff and school psychologists
• Support district-wide initiatives as the organizations first BCBA, helping establish best practices
• Work entirely on-site, ensuring personalized and consistent support for students and staff
