Job Description

A fulfilling opportunity is open for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Weston, Massachusetts area for next school year. This full-time contract role offers a steady schedule of 40 hours per week across five days, providing consistency along with the chance to make a meaningful impact on students success and growth.    

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Board Certified Behavior Analyst license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support implementation of behavior analytic and naturalistic/discrete skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement classroom-wide behavior management systems
  • Identify appropriate student accommodations based on individual needs and support students in effectively using them in the classroom

  • Based in the Weston, Massachusetts area

Compensation for this position ranges from $43.00 to $57.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
