Step into a key role supporting middle school students in the LINKS Autism Program for the upcoming 20262027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity centers on working across five campuses and collaborating with educators to implement evidence-based strategies, ensuring meaningful outcomes for students with autism.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, youll leverage your expertise to provide both direct intervention and consultative services tailored to each students needs. Your ability to manage a dynamic caseload and guide staff will help drive effective behavioral supports and meaningful progress within a collaborative, forward-thinking educational setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification/license
- Bilingual abilities highly valued
- Demonstrated experience in school environments, especially with autism programs
- Proven skills in time management and organizational systems
- Proficiency supporting educators in using evidence-based practices
- Strong background in data collection, behavioral analysis, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to middle school students in the LINKS Autism Program on assigned campuses
- Guide and model effective behavioral interventions for teachers and support staff
- Implement, track, and refine individualized plans to meet student goals
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate data and ongoing progress reports
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure all compliance standards are met regarding background checks, fingerprinting, and student safety protocols
