You will serve a diverse caseload near Westerville, OH, helping young learners achieve meaningful progress. Enjoy breaking up your week with a mix of virtual sessions, occasional clinic visits, and in-home collaboration, fostering ongoing relationships with students and their families.

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (active and in good standing)
• Experience with assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and data collection
• Strong skills in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, caregivers, and educators
• Clear, compassionate communicator with strong organizational abilities
• Comfort with virtual technology and telehealth platforms
• Previous school-based, pediatric, or in-home ABA experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and devise individualized treatment plans
• Oversee ABA implementation by supervising RBTs/technicians and providing coaching for caregivers and staff
• Collaborate with school teams, clinic professionals, and families to ensure consistency across environments
• Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed
• Participate in IEP or team meetings and provide ongoing documentation of progress
