Make an immediate impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by supporting students from Pre-K through age 22 in a dynamic, contract role. This is an onsite-only position providing services throughout seven schools, working collaboratively to enhance students opportunities for success in a supportive educational environment.

As an integral part of the special education team, youll apply your expertise across a variety of ages and disability populations, developing effective behavioral intervention plans and consulting with educators to help students reach their fullest potential. This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours each week, with the assignment running from now through mid-November 2026.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Prior experience providing BCBA services in a school-based setting
• Hands-on experience with students from Pre-K through high school; exposure to transition age (1822) preferred
• Strong collaboration abilitiescomfortable working across multiple sites and consulting with diverse staff
• Reliable transportation to travel between district schools
• Familiarity with providing services and supports to students with varied disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to school staff, families, and students
• Deliver professional training on behavioral strategies and interventions
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven recommendations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district standards
• Participate in district-wide planning and teamwork across all assigned schools
