Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the current school year in Hartford, CT, supporting students from kindergarten through eighth grade. This contract role requires a licensed CT BCBA to provide applied behavior analysis services in an educational setting, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with students needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to drive treatment decisions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent strategies
  • Provide consultation and training to school personnel regarding behavioral management techniques
  • Track progress and write clear, concise reports summarizing student outcomes and recommendations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Connecticut BCBA license
  • Demonstrated experience working with K-8 students in school settings
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to supporting positive student behavior and educational success
