Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to an engaging, full-time contract opportunity serving K-12 students. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans in an educational setting close to West Chester, PA.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related area
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with students across K-12 preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in functional behavior assessments, data-driven decision making, and evidence-based behavioral interventions
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students needing behavioral support
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to diverse student populations
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to deliver effective behavioral strategies within the classroom and school environment
- Train and support educational teams in implementing behavior plans and collecting data
- Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding behavior goals and progress
- Stay up-to-date with emerging practices in behavior analysis and educational interventions
