Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district near Wellesley, MA for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with educators, supporting students, and making a meaningful impact in a school-based setting.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, school-based contract position
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and related service providers
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect/analyze behavioral data
  • Provide staff consultation, training, and behavioral support
  • Support students in reaching their academic, behavioral, and social goals
  • Sunbelt provides ongoing clinical support throughout the assignment

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Massachusetts licensure/eligibility as required
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs
