Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification
  • Prior experience in a clinic or educational setting supporting student behavioral health
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented approach for developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Clinical Director experience is highly regarded
  • Must be comfortable working full-time hours (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and additional support staff
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Provide regular training, data analysis, and progress updates
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
