Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification

- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans tailored to high school students
- Consult with teachers and support staff, providing training and ongoing guidance to ensure effective implementation of behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure positive outcomes
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Supervise district-assigned staff as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive school climate
