In this onsite position, you'll be based at a single school and play a pivotal role supporting both students and behavioral staff. As a valued leader, provide expertise to the RBT/Behavioral team, complete comprehensive assessments, and help shape student success through tailored behavioral interventions and IEP support.
Utilize your skills to work collaboratively with diverse populations and special education professionals, ensuring that each students unique needs are addressed. As a key resource within the school, youll not only provide supervision for district staff but also guide IEP processes, encouraging progress and positive outcomes throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA License valid in California
- PPS Credential required
- Experience with school-based behavioral assessments and interventions
- Confident working with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong leadership abilities for supervising and coaching behavioral teams
What Youll Do:
- Conduct student assessments and evaluations focused on behavior-related challenges
- Deliver ongoing BCBA support to RBTs and the school behavioral team
- Assist with IEP planning, execution, and review processes
- Supervise behavioral staff and provide district-wide guidance
- Collaborate with special education professionals, families, and support staff
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and contribute to a positive school culture
