Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Watertown, MN
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support students in a school-based setting in Watertown, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity for a behavior professional who is passionate about helping students develop meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and succeed academically and socially.
Position Highlights
- Provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to evaluate student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
- Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation on evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, communication, and functional needs
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility to obtain required state licensure
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- School-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
