Job Description
Seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavior support services in a dynamic school setting in Bridgeport, CT. This contract role involves collaborating with a team of BCBAs and supporting K-12 students across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students within the district
- Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to 1:1 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including approximately five other BCBAs to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral support
- Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Support compliance with all relevant education and behavior analysis guidelines within the district environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current CT Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential mandatory
- Experience working with K-12 age group is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment within educational settings
Position Details:
- Location: Bridgeport, CT
- Schedule: 32.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Client caseload: District-wide support; specific caseload size will vary
