Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts seeking a contract role serving students in a supportive school setting near Waterbury and Middletown, CT. This full-time position allows professionals to make a meaningful impact, working collaboratively with school teams and directly supporting students in need of behavioral services.

Qualifications & Credentials:

  • Active and current BCBA certification
  • Holder of Connecticut BCBA Licensure
  • Previous experience working in school settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and organize data collection and progress reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral assessments, develop, and implement effective treatment plans for assigned students
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students, staff, and families within the school community
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and team input
  • Offer training and support to educators and paraeducators to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies
  • Attend meetings as part of the IEP team, contributing valuable behavioral insights
  • Manage records and caseload documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.00 to $55.75. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
