Job Description

A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school in Waterbury, CT. This contract role spans the 2025-2026 school year, specifically from September 1 to November 28, 2025, covering a maternity leave assignment within the educational setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students as part of a caseload (to be determined)
  • Collaborating with teachers and school staff to provide behavioral support and ensure effective communication
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies based on data and outcomes
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and providing training to staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license required
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:

  • Waterbury, Connecticut, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade
