Job Description

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available at a K-12 school located in Waterbury, CT. This contract position runs from September 1, 2025, through November 28, 2025, with an estimated schedule of 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee behavior analysis services for K-12 students in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure effective intervention and progress monitoring
  • Provide training and supervision to school staff on applied behavior analysis strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data related to student progress and program implementation

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license in good standing
  • Experience working in K-12 education settings preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full time within the Waterbury area
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
