Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Prior experience as a BCBA in a school setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable working with PreK-12 students
- Strong communication and mentorship abilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop behavior intervention plans for students in the PreK-12 range
- Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs and other behavioral staff
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other team members
- Monitor progress and ensure the fidelity of interventions
- Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral support
