Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
  • Prior experience as a BCBA in a school setting
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with PreK-12 students
  • Strong communication and mentorship abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop behavior intervention plans for students in the PreK-12 range
  • Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs and other behavioral staff
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other team members
  • Monitor progress and ensure the fidelity of interventions
  • Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral support
