Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working in school-based or similar settings preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining thorough records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students as needed
• Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and data collection
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to monitor student progress
• Provide direct or consultative services to students, as appropriate
• Attend team meetings and contribute insights to individualized education program (IEP) discussions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and support student success
