Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to create and modify behavior intervention plans as needed
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced, diverse educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, support staff, and administrators on best practices in behavior management
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and guide decision-making
- Deliver training and coaching for school personnel on implementing interventions and maintaining positive behavior supports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Ensure compliance with relevant behavioral, ethical, and legal standards in all work
