Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students as needed
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff on behavior strategies and data collection
  • Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to monitor student progress
  • Provide direct or consultative services to students, as appropriate
  • Attend team meetings and contribute insights to individualized education program (IEP) discussions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making and support student success
