Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based position near Waltham, MA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the implementation of behavior analytic and naturalistic/discrete skill acquisition programming and behavior reduction treatment plans
- Consult with classroom teachers to develop classroom-wide management systems
- Identify accommodations most effective for students, based on individual need, and supporting students in using accommodations within the classroom
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements
Position Details:
