We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year, working with a diverse K-12 caseload across a dynamic district. This contract role spans from August 2026 to June 2027, offering you the chance to make a significant impact while collaborating with educational staff and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience supporting students in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven intervention planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring student progress
- Collaborating closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to implement evidence-based strategies
- Providing training and consultation for educational staff in the implementation of behavioral supports
- Documenting services and maintaining compliance with special education programs and standards
- Adjusting interventions as needed based on data, observation, and team feedback
