This contract position is ideal for those passionate about supporting PreK8th grade learners and looking for a flexible summer schedule. Youll work onsite and closely collaborate with dedicated educators to deliver high-quality behavioral services.
Position Highlights:
- Serve a diverse caseload of PreK to 8th grade students
- Work onsite, Monday-Thursday, from 8:30am12:30pm (22.5 hours per week)
- Program runs from July 7th to July 30thFridays off to enjoy your summer
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license is required
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in PreK8 settings, preferred
- Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative school-based environment
- Previous experience in educational settings a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Train, guide, and support school staff on implementing positive behavioral strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust programs to maximize student success
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with school protocols
