Your expertise in behavioral analysis will empower school staff, students, and families. Hours for this position are flexible and determined in coordination with district requirements and your preferred schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life experience throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and licensure
• Prior experience working in a school or educational setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Comfortable working onsite and conducting sessions with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable to caseload needs and schedule requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and design customized behavior support plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
• Train school personnel on the implementation of behavior strategies
• Collect and interpret behavioral data to track progress and make data-driven adjustments
• Conduct consultations and provide ongoing support throughout the academic year
