Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current BCBA certification
- Demonstrated experience in school or pediatric settings
- Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention planning (BIP)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred by school staff
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide coaching and training to teachers and support personnel on evidence-based ABA strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage with families to ensure consistency and support beyond the classroom
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and professional standards
