Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience delivering services in school or pediatric settings, preferably with K-8th grade populations
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, writing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with educators, support staff, students, and families
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support and consultation for teachers and staff regarding behavioral strategies
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Deliver training and coaching to educators to reinforce effective practices
- Collaborate with families and school staff to ensure consistency across environments
