What You'll Bring:
- Current BCBA certification
- Prior experience providing ABA-based interventions in school or pediatric settings
- Skill in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation abilities
- Adaptability and empathy when working with diverse student populations
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior programs
- Training and modeling strategies for teachers, aides, and family members
- Evaluating intervention success and adjusting plans as necessary
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate, timely records
