Youll work closely within a school environment, utilizing your expertise in ABA therapy, BCBA supervision, or as a Registered Behavior Technician. Requirements & Desired Qualifications:
- Valid NY credentials: ABA, RBT, or BCBA
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and assess behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to acting with professionalism and confidentiality in educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavioral interventions to support a 5th grade students success
- Collect ongoing behavioral data and track progress
- Collaborate with educational teams and families to tailor support strategies
- Consult with teachers and staff to reinforce successful interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with protocols
