In this position, you will work individually with a 5th-grade student, providing ABA therapy and behavior support in a school environment. Your specialized skills will help foster a positive atmosphere and bring out the best in your student both academically and socially.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active New York State certification as an ABA Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience implementing behavioral intervention plans within educational or school-based settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for student-centered care and commitment to making a meaningful impact
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to a 5th-grade student as outlined in their treatment plan
- Track and document progress, collecting behavioral data and reporting on outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to coordinate interventions
- Adjust strategies as needed to align with student needs and school objectives
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, ethics, and policies for school-based therapeutic services

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.50 to $67.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
