Make an impact in elementary education as a dedicated BCBA in a supportive and engaged school district. This onsite contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with staff and students across multiple elementary schools, working closely under district-wide guidance to enhance behavioral support programs and foster positive, effective learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA credential with national certification.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to the diverse needs of elementary-aged children.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral analysis and intervention services across the elementary district as needed.
- Partner with the district-wide BCBA to assess student needs and develop customized support plans.
- Train and support teachers, aides, and staff in implementing positive behavioral strategies.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjust approaches, and collaborate on ongoing evaluations.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure services align with student goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and resources for students requiring intensive behavioral support.
