Role Requirements:

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Demonstrated school-based BCBA experience
  • Experience working with Pre-K22 student populations
  • Ability to support multiple campuses within a single district (district-wide service)
  • Reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students across all grade levels
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans
  • Provide professional guidance and training to staff regarding best behavioral practices
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure effective interventions
  • Support students with a wide range of disabilities
