Job Description

Take on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with dedicated teams supporting young learners. This full-time role for the 26/27 school year focuses on providing expertise to K-1 students, with responsibilities in conducting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Youll make a significant difference in the lives of children while collaborating with educators and support staff to promote student growth and positive behavioral outcomes.

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience developing and implementing BIPs and FBAs within school settings preferred
  • Comfortable supervising and coaching RBTs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to fostering supportive, inclusive learning environments

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing behavioral assessments for K-1 students and develop data-driven BIPs
  • Support and guide classroom staff to ensure effective implementation of intervention strategies
  • Supervise RBTs, providing direction and feedback to enhance service quality
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to craft individualized approaches for student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavioral goals
