Job Description

This full-time, onsite position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) offers the opportunity to support an educational environment during the 2026-2027 school year. Based in Weston, MA, this role focuses on district-wide responsibilities, providing supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assisting with the development and implementation of behavior plans that promote positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs across the district to ensure fidelity to behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individual behavior plans tailored to student needs
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on behavior intervention techniques
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing and school district policies

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts BCBA license required
  • Experience supervising RBTs within educational settings highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior plan development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
