Job Description

This opportunity seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide telehealth behavioral services within a school setting. This contract role is based in Cambridge, MA, offering remote work flexibility while supporting students' behavioral and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes.
  • Provide telehealth consultations and coaching to school staff and families.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and school policies related to behavioral services.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and license to practice.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and telehealth service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration.
  • Ability to manage caseload independently and maintain detailed documentation.
