What You'll Bring:
- Active RBT credential in good standing.
- Experience working with elementary-age children, preferably in a school setting.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
- Adaptability and compassion in dynamic classroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior plans for elementary students under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student inclusion and participation.
- Provide direct intervention to students, utilizing ABA strategies to improve academic and social behaviors.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing assessment and intervention planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all privacy and ethical standards.
