Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor progress of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct support, consultation, and training for teachers and school staff regarding ABA strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing intervention adjustments
- Facilitate collaborative meetings with educational teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and ethical standards
