Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Licensure through IDFPR required; PEL encouraged but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience working in educational or pediatric settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and families
• Adaptable and organized approach to working with varying caseloads, as assignments will be finalized prior to placement

What Youll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Implement behavior analytic services across designated school sites
• Provide training and support to paraprofessionals and instructional staff
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development for students with behavioral needs

Assignment Details:

• Contract role covering the full school year with orientation provided
• Onsite position, collaborating with a multidisciplinary educational team
• 37.5 hours per week, following the academic schedule across the district
• Assignments begin with orientation on 8/3, with start dates in August 2026 and wrap up in May 2027
