Make a difference supporting students with behavioral needs in a dynamic educational setting near Suwanee, GA! We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral and consultative services on a contract basis within local schools.

In this impactful position, youll partner with dedicated educators and families to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your expertise will help students achieve their fullest potential in both academic and social settings. Youll have the opportunity to design, monitor, and assess behavior support plans, contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, and support classroom staff with training and guidance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in a school or educational environment preferred
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Skilled at developing and assessing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Organizational strengths and flexibility to work with varying caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaboratively develop intervention strategies
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Provide ongoing training and consultation to teachers, aides, and parents
• Collect and analyze behavioral data; adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
• Promote positive behavior supports throughout the school community
