Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions to support student growth
- Previous experience in K-12 environments highly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design individualized behavior intervention programs for students
- Collaborate with school teams to implement evidence-based practices and track student progress
- Provide direct and consultative behavior analytic services in classrooms and other school settings
- Train and support teachers, aides, and staff on effective behavior strategies and data collection
- Document all services in accordance with school and professional standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning atmosphere for diverse student populations
