This contract position offers a dynamic, full-time schedule where you will play a crucial role in providing meaningful behavioral support and guidance for both students and staff.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver direct behavioral services to students according to individualized plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including supporting and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Assist teachers and school staff in best practices for behavioral support in the classroom
- Conduct assessments, collect and interpret data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for student progress and compliance
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California
- Previous experience working within a school environment is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both staff and students
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
