This contract position offers a dynamic, full-time schedule where you will play a crucial role in providing meaningful behavioral support and guidance for both students and staff.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct behavioral services to students according to individualized plans
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including supporting and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Assist teachers and school staff in best practices for behavioral support in the classroom
• Conduct assessments, collect and interpret data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for student progress and compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California
• Previous experience working within a school environment is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both staff and students
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Passion for supporting students through data-driven, compassionate care
